Drawing in deer WITHOUT violating baiting laws

The place I hunt deer is pretty small and is basically a pass through between bedding areas and eatin places.

Is there any practical way to draw in more deer without violating baiting laws??

For instance, would a mineral block that is there YEAR round violate the law??

if its a passageway between bedding and eating, i would assume you wouldn't need anything.  however, some doe pee or doe in estrus might be good during the rut.  maybe some bleats and rattling.

if you really want to know about baiting call the Game & Parks, it their job to explain it.  thats why we pay them.

If it's a pass-through, you just need to know the trails and spend the time.

Your call, but I don't believe I'd go there.  Agreed with spend a little time it works wonders.

Year round or not, it is considered baiting.  A food plot is really the only legal way to do what you're asking.
