The video they are all up in arms about (and it should be noted that the people who are upset are truly the people at which he was aiming) is just what he said, a video to remind us that although we have a certain perspective now history will truly let us look back and say what the true result is of these times.

He's always reminded me of Tim Allen and his current character on "Last Man Standing".  Thoughtful and with a point.

I would agree. He is good with a line and yet also pretty well spoken, most of the time. His bloopers are pretty funny. ;)
