too bad the legal system does not deter the later. the Constant plea bargaining down of criminal actions for a sure and easy conviction only helps the criminal do less time. any person hell bent on taking from you your property or life dose not and will not care about law . no gun law can protect you/us - if you truly think so you live in a world of unicorns & fairy princesses and have no business being in state legislature , House or Sente dictating law on those of us in the real world ! if it is not a gun it would be a bat , knife , brick , rock , 2x4 , hammer , screwdriver ,box cutter etc ... etc... any one intent on killing will find a tool at hand to do so with....
