Yes it starts with the officer still holding Castillo at gunpoint while he is in the driver's seat, already fading from being shot.  It's not real helpful, as she just talks constantly and there is no proof either way of what happened.

That's what I thought.  If they used her as a witness I'm sure it hurts the case
