Come to think of it weren't the crazy's doing the DC sniper shootings a few years ago using a bolt gun?  How is anyone going to blame the hardware on that?

yet those opposed to the HPA (H.R 367) say that "silencers will cause death and destruction" such as this beauty of a writeup

No, the single, white, middle-aged male in a van that turned out to be young and middle aged black males in a car used one of those icky black rifles.
