CMP 1911s

According to an NRA posting there will likely be a large number of milsurp 1911s available through CMP.  I'm not a fan of the 1911 but would like to have one for its historical significance.

As I understand it one way to be able to get one through CMP is to be a member of a CMP affiliated club.  The national NRA does not qualify.  So my question is, would being a member of NFOA qualify?  Or if not, how about ENGC?

FYI:
Revolutionary War Veterans Association is an approved club
And it just so happens, participation in their Project Appleseed clinics satisfies the marksmanship competition clause.

Our next clinic will be At Heartland in GI in August, the next two at Lincoln Ikes September and November.

I'd love a 1911 there just too expensive.

Do you know what these milsurp 1911s will be going for?
