Golden Corral didn't object to the man's shirt. They only asked him to leave because another customer was offended.
Is this really how a business should operate? Suppose the guy had a proTrump shirt on and someone was offended? Would it be right to ask that person to leave?

Actually, their policy clearly states no profane clothing. Most likely, the management just wasn't aware until someone complained. That's an important difference.

then whom ever was operating the cash register when he paid to eat is at fault "for not enforcing the no profane clothing" as the print in question was on the front of the shirt.. and in plain sight . they should of asked him to go to the rest room and turn his shirt inside out or leave when he walked in..
Les:
I've never understood people who wear that type of clothing, profane/slogan.
Mntnman:
The person at fault is the one who was asked to leave, period. If he wanted to stay, he could have turned it inside out. That wasn't what he wanted.
