Of course the SHOT show is this week, always some new and interesting items announced and on display. BUT then-

Remington/Bushmaster FINALLY debuted the ACR: http://www.bushmaster.com/acr/ butat $3000(!) MSRP, twice the initial target price.

Then to really make things interesting Robinson Arms filed suit against Remington/bushmaster for patent infringement on said ACR:http://www.defensereview.com/breaking-news-federal-lawsuit-filed-claiming-remington-acr-infringes-on-rdmi-alex-robinson-patent/.

Now some Smith & Wesson execs are arrested by the FBI at the SHOT show for Bribery related to a sting related to supposed arms sales to an African nation: http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2010/01/20/fbi-arrest-sw-exec-and-20-others-at-shot-show/

Wow, pretty interesting if you follow this kind of stuff.
