NFA Trust
« on: February 10, 2018, 01:44:22 AM »
Looking to pick up my first suppressor. I figure I should file as a trust and not an individual.

Any good resources on operating and using a trust? Recommendations on how to make one? What's the process like for adding a person to the trust if it already has NFA items in its possession?

I am also looking at getting into the NFA game.  Let me know how everything goes with setting up your trust.

Set up a trust for sure, they're way more versatile.  Lot's of good info on ar-15 dot com in the NFA sub forum.  There are also online sources to set up trusts, SilencerCo for one.

My cousin says that Dakota Silencer will set up a trust for you for free if you buy from them as he is doing.

You may get what you pay for AFAIK  ;D
