I knew Les through the Valley FD, a very nice man, humble and friendly.
He was well liked among the Police community. His wife is from Valley.

I had known Les too since the early 2000's when he worked for the Waterloo PD. He was a real decent fellow and a pretty down to earth guy. I was sorry to hear of his passing. I hadn't heard about the accident until recently. I wish I had a chance to talk to him one last time. :-(
