Parkland School Shooting and the Lack of Response that lead up to it

For those that don't subscribe to Greg Ellifritz's Active Defense Training Blog.

The link is to discussion of the lack of response to the Parkland School shooting earlier this year.  It appears that the lack of response started even earlier then the school resource officer failing to react.
