Red Flag law fiasco in Florida

Another reason why such a law is a bad idea.

Sen Adam Morfeld said he is going to push for the Red Flag law in Nebraska again in January 2020. We NEED to stop this from passing into law in our State!

I don't think it will take long for these to be declared unconstitutional federally..hope he has the money to pursue suing the state.
