Garland has filed a lawsuit, claiming the federal supremacy clause, asking a judge to declare illegal the Second Amendment Preservation Act in Missouri. If they succeed, this could have a significant impact on the 2A sanctuary movement. Of course, the supremacy clause doesn't apply to laws that aren't Constitutional, but when has that stopped the government before.
