If you say Yes, explain how an alcoholic can posses arms OR after filling out a Form 4473, can the Gov't MAKE you take a "pee test"?

If no, explain how?

I"ll bite.

You should seek your answer from a Lawyer, not from the lay person.  They are the only ones that can give you a legal opinion.

Now, my answer is No.  A one time use of the stinky crap would not be used against you as it isn't "addicted to".  Remember the stinky crap is still federally prohibited.

Alchohol is a legal substance, but if you are stupid enough to drink and still shoot firearms, then you can bae held liable for any damages, injuries.

If you are arrested for any crime and they believe you are under the "influence" I can see them requiring you to prove you are not.

Once again, the answers are only my opinion.
