If you can bring it to the Fremont Gun Show May 15th I could return it on the 16th with your engraving done. Nothing fancy, do not refinish, but it will meet ATF requirements and look better than something done by a hand vibrating etcher.

I would just send it to Ident Marking or Orion.  I tried having a local shop in Lincoln do mine and it turned out bad.  Ident was able to fix it for a reasonable price and their turnaround was fast.

Call Doug Bikal - DB Guns in Papillion...... He has a company that he uses around there for all of his NFA engraving.

I think that place is called Herman's.

FYI- I found a place locally to engrave my Draco pending SBR, 4 Seasons Awards & Engraving off 84th st in Ralston. Cost? $18.72 (including tax) and it took a week.

Since it wasn't an AR and didn't have to worry about anodizing I rolled the dice. I am quite pleased with the result (it is sharper then appears in the picture).  The only 'down-side' is he is not a gun guy if that matters to you, I asked if he ever engraved AR's and he wasn't sure what the models are! He said he does a fair amount for a local LE agency and showed me a 10.5" AR barrel he was going to engrave, and after some explanation he said he does the receivers all the time too. If I need an AR (or anything else) engraved I'll take it there.

Was that last week? Bet that was my 10.5" AR barrel. I think that is the place DB guns took my barrel to engrave.

Very nice job!
