Nebraska National Guards deployment
« on: July 09, 2010, 08:51:00 AM »
The 1167th Forward Support Company and the 67th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade of the Nebraska National Guard are deploying to support Operation Iraqi Freedom on Sunday July 11th , 2010 at Seacrest Field, 7198 A Street, Lincoln. I will be attending with the Patriot Guard and maybe some of our Scouts. I urge anyone able to attend to do so, and show them our support. This deployment is a little dearer to me as a my good friend Bob's son Chris is one of the soldiers being deployed this round, God Bless and God Speed

Sounds like it was a good ceremony.  A relative is with this unit and his wife and children will be at home without him for a year.  Support the troops, but don't forget their families here that need our help.
