Yea, because we can all tell that at a glance when it's being pointed at us or someone else...

Perhaps they could include a sub section in the castle doctrine that say you have a duty to ask if the gun is loaded or does the knife have a sharp blade.
Sorry, just venting. I hope that with the help of the NFOA and a few good Senators we can get something passed this year.
