Sadly, I believe this to be true. From all I've seen the TSA 'agents' are bottom barrel grunts. The Fed Gov equivalent of minimum wage summer help that have been given a measure of authority over the flying public...yeah I'm sure that's going to go well.

Still great to see the entrepreneurial spirit remains...even as the Republic crumbles around us.

Ronvandyn:
While I am not personally offended by the above comments, I can say that as a member of the TSA that the folks I work with are neither "bottom of the barrel" nor "grunts.  We are well trained, fairly paid, and reactive to the needs of the flying public.

Please don't buy into the hype that has become so common over the last 2 months about the TSA.  99% of what you have read is completely false, the folks we have in Nebraska are some of the best in the service.

RWNJ:
Ronvandyn - I am delighted and pleased with the TSA people that I have encountered in Omaha.  They are kind, respectful, courteous, and helpful.  However, not all are that way - I endured a pair at Midway about seven years ago that must have been rejected by the baboon community.  I just hope they have evolved since then.
