Judge yes, comdemn not for His country has done that for him. The quote from scripture is not understood in context we must decern for if we do not an Axe murder would be the same as a jaywalker. And then put them both in prision. Oh wait we seen this happen already just as the N.J. mover 7 yrs I guess the state dept thinks it is just and the judge not allowing directions and understandings to the jury.
