This past October my wife and I strolled across the foot bridge across the Muddy-Mo.  I stopped and showed her how silly Iowa is when i stepped back and forth over the state boundary line and chanted "criminal, legal, criminal, legal".  Ok, maybe I was the "silly" one that particular day... ::)

Permits are only an exercise against We the People anyway...

tut - last time I was down there (May or June) the footbridge was posted on the Omaha side.
