Gun Fires While Being Cleaned, Killing Omaha Man
« on: January 11, 2011, 04:11:31 PM »
I feel for the guy and family, I really do.   :(
But what chaps me is how these evil guns keep deciding to kill folks at will.  >:D
I can just see the next bill introduced:
Pursuant to the safety of the citizens of NE, we hereby doth proclaim, any and all firearm maintenance shall be performed only by a state approved and funded and licensed gunsmith. (enter omitted leagalese et tu: extra hereins, therefors, thereintos, up to and inclusive ofs)
I guess I shouldn't throw the ideas out there for them.  But the title should have read: Negligent firearm discharge claims life.
With all the latest news throughout the state and the country, our uphill just got steeper and the battle more ferocious!
“It is not an issue of being afraid, It's an issue of not being afraid to protect myself.”
 Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert
"A gun is a tool, Marian; no better or no worse than any other tool: an axe, a shovel or anything. A gun is as good or as bad as the man using it. Remember that."  Shane

yes, very sad news.

Just don't give Assford any more ideas.

~~ darn, couldn't find that H key again...
Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.

NE Bull, Whos side you on?

Rick, Everytime I type Assfords name the H key malfunctions for some reason. I don't know why.
