There are people that truly fear guns and that could never pull the trigger with the thought of harming someone, even if that someone was about to kill them. In these cases the guns will be stolen and or turned against their owners.
with that said i think they could allow for tax breaks for gun purchases to encourage ownership.
A-FIXER:
Could this type of bill.....'s also work against, gun owners by the anti's showing that the backing of any type of new proposed laws is not supported therefore be used to the negative? Just thinking out loud.
