I wonder if tighter gun laws in school zones, or a high capacity magazine ban may have saved this man?

Just goes to show that even with some of the most stringent laws in the country, the nuts will still be nuts.  I feel bad for this man.  Hopefully justice will be served.

WOW...the comments on that site are ridiculous, for example:

"We need stricter laws in our nation. like parents to guide us thru life. we as americans are children trying to find our way with to many rights. and no one to protect us. Think of our nation as a very lenient parent(society) compared to another nation with a more strict parent(society). which one is going to be more responsible? grow up to be more mature? you tell me"

It just leaves me speechless.
