Road rage incident ends with 2 people in jail and another cited, and handgun shaped lighter confiscated.

Now I'm not saying in wasn't a stupid act, nor am I for LB 469, but this event will certainly move that bill along quickly, one would assume.
(Tin hat time- maybe the incident was manufactured by 'the man'. conspiracy?)  8)
