The Vintage Military Rifle shoot...
« on: April 09, 2011, 12:38:39 PM »
I want to give a big thanks to (I think it was) Ray, who as I understand it got this off the ground.  Also, thanks to everyone who helped, I had a great time.  Also, thanks to all who saw me almost get stuck in the mud and did not laugh at me.  I appreciate that.  Note to myself for next time, stay on the rocky bits.  Derp.

As I said, I had a great time, everyone was very friendly, and it was, for me, a great first time out shooting "for real".

I also had a great time, it is nice to see some war horses get a workout.  Now all I have to do is practice more, my problem is me, not my gun. :-[

It is highly likely the above post may offend you. I'm fine with that.

Yeah, it was a lot of fun.  Everything went very smooth for it being the first one we've done.

Thanx for all who got this going. We enjoyed gettign out for a couple hours and blasting away with like minded folks.  I LOVE these types of not-so-competitive matches.   Inexpensive and Fun!

BUTT we all had a blast!
