Kinda like the commercial I heard where Nelson took credit for leading the movement to remove the 1099 reporting requirements of Obamacare. You know, the same Obamacare that would not have passed if Nelson had not voted for it?

He claimed that in an email newsletter he sent out the other day. I sent him a rather nasty email in reply to that newsletter. Not that he read it, but it made me feel better.

Actually, I am pretty sure GU will allow this. A salesman there today mention receiving the letter from the ATF.

It's too bad they won't get on board and even put an NFOA sticker in their window. I took one over there with a stack of brochures over a year ago. Never seen either again in the last few months that I stopped by there.
Can't say I'm surprised
Chris Z:
I quit going to GU about a year ago. I don't spend $20k on shotguns, and don't like being treated like dirt because I'm only looking at pistols.
Tried to have a conversation with the guy working behind the counter about the changes of LB 817 and he was ignorant, however acted like he knew everything
RobertH:
im very happy this finally happened.... especially since my pistol purchase permit expires in November.
ETA: will the CHP also work for buying guns at auctions?
