And when the firearm comes up stolen/used in a crime, then what?  Tell the cops "oh, some guy just gave it to me".

Riiiiight, I'm sure they'll just believe you and send you on your merry way.     :laugh:

Omaha's true reason for offering this is to increase their numbers of "guns taken off the streets". OPD has try to show a little justification for the tons of taxpayer $$$$$$ that they waste.
