Man (kid) asks evryone to leave his apartment after drinking most of the day, buddy comes back to check on him, gets met at front door with revolver, then dude shoots the ceiling of his FIRST STORY APARTMENT!!  Calls 911 to report intruder......

I am one to believe some people will never grow up, never learn respect / restraint.  Or how to 'get over it'. Probably got dumped by his girlfriend, again.....

Unfortunatly no, HF, I happen to have stayed in the same condos for a spell (with this kid's father when I was between homes) . They are definately two story. 
Yeah, it means I sorta know the kid, but who is to know what was going thru is head at the time.  Proof again that alcohol and firearms don't mix.

I know the kid too...he is my sister inlaw's spawn :-[ and has been on a down hill spiral for a long time. If you know his dad then you also know where this behavior was learned. BTW it was his dad that lives in the apartment above his.

To bad his mom was not smart enough to leave his ass in the slammer.
