I've had a registered SBR for a while but since it's in 6.8 SPC it's kind of pricey to shoot. I've been wanting a dedicated .22 upper for it and today I just got the last part. It's a 6.5" CMMG barrel & bolt with a no-name ebay rail. Only problem is, I accidentally bought a front sight that was meant for a gas block and it's so high it blocks the red dot. If anyone has a used rail-mount fixed front sight for sale I might be interested.
I just put it together today and won't get a chance to shoot it for a few days, but I'm going to bring it to the meeting on the 15th even if I have to go without a front sight and just use the dot.

Thanks, now it needs a can. I'm thinking of doing an F1.
I think I need to add a handstop also, to keep my hand from slipping forward in front of the muzzle.

it's so cute!
(this is the only time men can truly get away with saying "cute")
All truth, that is slick.
