Nebraska Law must change...
Ross Berck:
What about a voter initiative? Not sure if that is the right terminology but put it on the ballot during the next election. Could an initiative be modeled after nevada or even better"constitutional carry", do a media blitz(signs and laws only restrict the law abiding etc), take advantage of the amazing surge in gun owners(records set since 2008 in gun buying and support) and get it voted in by the people? If its a real possibility I think I could talk a few fellow farmers into contributing thousands of dollars to that cause....the farm economy is outstanding right now and I know some of those old guys with paid off land that really like guns...

I am wrong about LB512... it passed last year with amendments.
It is LB518 I was thinking of. Also stuck in committee
