Glock 23

Had always been interested in getting a G19 for an all around gun for range time and ccw. Recently looked at a G23 and discovered you can put in a 9mm conversion barrel and right away you can shoot 9mm if you use 9mm mags. Anybody have any experience with these? Read probably 85% positive reviews with the other 15% reporting an occasional FTE. Love the idea of training mostly with cheaper 9mm and having the ability to carry 40sw. I would only use the 9mm for training, wouldn't ever use it for ccw since there are a few people with ejection issues.

Have done this with my Glock 22. Lone Wolf 40-9. I had ejection issues with Blazer Aluminum but all other brands work fine. No other problems. In fact, can't remember the last time I put .40 through that system.

Thanks for the input! Chances are it will be the lone wolf 40-9 and may even get the threaded version to keep my mind open to some class 3 purchases  ;). Just got done watching a video where a guy hammered through 9mm in the 40-9 barrel and the only time he had issues with ejecting was "limp wristing" (held it with a couple fingers). That review/demonstration just encouraged me more...

Or you could just be good to yourself and get one of each.  :)
