This is all very good information. Disturbing for sure, but information which needs to be known.
ETA: I still believe, as the literature jthhapkido directed me to indicates, that these all out attacks are rare. I don't think that either of you would disagree, but if I am understanding you correctly, you are preparing for the worst and hope you never have to implement these tactics. Of course we do the same thing in aviation, single/dual engine failure, complete loss of critical systems (electrical or hydraulic), loss of pressurization and sometimes several of these in the same scenario. While most pilots I fly with have never had an "Oh $%@#!" moment, I have and it didn't end well. Long story, but all my training kicked in though sometimes the gods of aviation frown on you and you can not overcome the situation. I appreciate what you are both saying. I would rather have the mindset to deal with the extreme than to assume it could never happen to me.
