Intresting Story from a Guy Who Survived Mt. St. Helens Eruption
« on: February 15, 2012, 04:16:58 PM »
I recently came across this story written by a guy who survived the May 1980 eruption of Mt. St. Helens.  Thought the folks who give thought to surviving might find it intriguing:

Of course no one tells the story of those who moved away before the doom happened.  Just cause you are stupid and happen to survive does not mean you are not stupid in the first place.

I watched Mt. St. Helens blow from a safe distance west of Seattle.
I was 10 yrs old.
Never forget it....ever.
