Des Moines SD shooting leaves man homeless
Ross Berck:
Maybe nfoa members should take up a donation to help him...I'd contribute

Looking at the guy it doesn't appear he is in shape to run any marathons, let alone run from 2 guys. The man who was shot was a former soldier so I would guess he can outrun this poor gentleman. Fleeing could have turned out worse for him and the safety of others. If he tried to fire his gun on the run it would be hard to keep track of every bullet and that can do more harm than good. And if he got caught he could have been disarmed and shot by the drunk felon. I may send this article to my business law teacher and see if he has any insight on what appears to be a violation of due process since he was never truly informed and had to fall victim to the default judgement.
On another note, NFOA should chip in and help this poor guy get a new tv :)
AAllen:
This evening I will try to contact the folks i know with the Iowa Gun organizations, or if someone here knows someone and wishes to check into it, to see if they have set up any type of assistance fund that our members can make donations too. While I agree that we as a community need to offer our support in these cases, the NFOA can not be running to the aid of people all over the US. That said if there is something local to this victim of the Justice system we should share how we can help.
Ross Berck:
Thanks AAllen . If this Guy is well spoken, he may be a good recruit to come to the unicam and testify on what can happen when the "people" are not given protection from the government..... let us know about donations
Ross Berck:
