Thanks for posting your response from Sen Nelson.  It may come in handy in the future to pull that back out and send it to him if (when) Holder doesn't hold up on his end re 2A: "Regarding his position on gun rights, Attorney General Holder testified that he will enforce the law as it is currently written and will abide by the rulings of our nation's courts, particularly the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in D.C. v. Heller, which affirmed an individual's right to bear arms."

When the time comes, it will be important to hold Sen Nelson accountable.
