right to privacy in your car for guns

(1/2) > >>

Rob B:
So is there really court cases saying your car is an extension of your house regarding guns?  I see everyone say that but can't find any on Google. Any help?

AAllen:
In Nebraska your car is not considered an extension of your home, that is one of the issues we are fighting with the storage law as well as in the self defense bill.  We are making headway on this issue.

If you are wondering about the employer parking lot issues, there is something to keep in mind.  Only the government can violate your rights.  A private employer isn't bound by the 2A or any other (except the 13th).

Fixed. :)

I thought employers couldn't ban you from storing your weapon in their parking lot?
