Today is a sad day for Nebraska........the liberals (Democrats) killed LB 239

Shame on Republicans Kathy Campbell and John Harms for voting against cloture (to end debate). Kudos to Democrat Karpisek for voting for cloture.

Why was my Senator Abbie Cornett and Senator Seiler not there for this crucial vote? And why did Senator Louden abstain from the vote? Those three votes would have defeated the filibuster!

I don't know wher Abbie Cornett was but Senator Seiler is in the hospital, he just had heart surgery.

That's understandable then but Louden and Cornett have explaining to do. Course those two votes wouldn't have been enough.
