Z3R0:
First, I have none of these firearms in possession, so I'm going completely off the photos.

1)

My (uneducated) guess: 16 ga (?) maybe a Mass, Arms?

2)

No guess here.

3)

I'm assuming its a Carcano, but any further details would be awesome.

Z3R0:
Looks like #2 is some kind of model 1861 Springfield variant.  It has the words   "something" and providence, or providence and "something" and the eagle emblem stamp on the side.

sparky0068:
#1 old H&R single

#2 Springfield 1861 should be .58 calliber

#3-Moschetto per Cavalleria

M91 - manufactured by three companies:  6.5X52mm
Brescia; 1894 to 1936
Gardone Val Trompia; 1935 to 1937
R.E.Terni; 1928 to 1937

NE Bull:
Oh, that sparky0068,  he can be such a Gun-Nerd.  He comes in real handy at times, though! ;)

Ya got some fun history there.  Some of us here still like the old wood and metal stuff.

lefty:
I'm thinking #1 is an Iver Johnson.  They had a weak ejector spring and a bridge spike dropped down the barrel would kick the empty out.   :)
