on Nov 11 and 12 (Veteran's Day), Cabela's will give all (currently and ex) military, police, firefighters and EMS people, employee discounts on everything in the store, but you have to show your .gov ID to get the discounts.
if you don't know, their employee discounts on ammo and clothes are usually pretty good!

A gentlemen came up to me at work the other day and already started pricing out guns with our employee discount. Of the 3 I checked for him it averaged about 10% off on guns. Still not great prices compared to budsgunshop.com
