On mine it mentions B&C include any property that my wife or I owned separately before the trust was formed. Both schedules just say "No property in trust". It's funny because I've heard some people on the interwebs (even lawyers) say you don't need to send in any of your schedules, even Schedule A. [...]
David Goldman recommends (for good reason, in my opinion) the use of assignment sheets rather than a Schedule A:
