The Colorado Shooting...
« on: July 21, 2012, 09:48:48 AM »
Last night, I noticed on TV that politicians were already barfing out anti-gun rhetoric.  Of course today, a co-worker walks in and says that we need to ban assault rifles.

According to this logic, one person's bad move = ban assault rifles.

I told him that people kill other people all the time.  Some with rocks, some knives, some with bats...then what?  Do we ban knives?  Do we ban baseball as a sport because it uses bats?

Do we ban people? Very frustrating to say the least.

We ban murder....he didn't seem to have a problem breaking that law.  If there was a Semi Auto ban i don't think it would of bothered him to break that law also.
My Prayers go out to the families and friends that lost or had loved ones injured. I can not imagine the pain they are experiencing
