I was at conestoga mall in grand island yesterday. I removed my gun because I needed in a store. Did not have choice on this since next closest store is Lincoln and being from north platte. I was in grand island to see family and friends.
I noticed that only the mall entrances were posted with the proper 8.5x11inch signs. However the store entrances like sears and herbergers were not posted.
My question is if I didn't know the mall was posted and I entered in sears with no signs and then walked the mall. Would I be in trouble since the entrance I used was not posted? The statute says each entrance needs posted.
I was in a hurry so I didnt talk to the mall office or did I ever see the mall ninja. I did park next to the mall security vehicle.
