good stock woodworker?
gsd:
I've got a nearly finished stock for my argentine that just needs a bit more love. I'm looking for a woodworker who can bed it properly.
Any recommendations?

I have used Steve Reynolds of Midwest Gunstocks, he does great work and is reasonable on price. Website midwestgunstocks.com phone 402-208-8080. He just did all the fitting work on my daughters shotgun.
Forgot to mention, he is in Omaha.

Have you tried bedding with Acraglas? It's actually very easy, and you can tint the glass to match the stock color.

New question...is it possible to hang a 91 argy in a 98 stock?
I really want to put this in a different stock and you just dont find a stock for a 91. 98's are all over the bloody place.

Anything is possible with time and a dremel. Getting it to look nice is another thing.
