They are not very quick, or through at pulling the signs. The north entrance at Cody Park was still posted as of 2 days ago when I passed through.

The repeal has to be codified.  Which can take up to 15 days.   it gives them time to put it in the books and alert the proper people.    Any thing has to be put through codification, just not the ban repeal.   Officers have been instructed for October 3rd.
