How long to wait for CCW permit?

Just laminate your course diploma and keep that with you. Then if you ever get questioned, pull out your diploma and say, here it is!
When the officer says, that is not good enough, say the following, as you cock your head at him.

Yes, that is what it looks like. BTW, this is an old template, and the superintendent of the Nebraska State Patrol is now Col. David Sankey.

So it is a heavy plastic card that would hold up in a money clip, unlike the paper handgun purchase card issued by the sheriff?

The card is the size of a Drivers Licence and as thick if not thicker.
