So a guy in Chicago calls 911 and gets put on hold....

Luckily he was only calling to report a hit and run in his neighborhood. But imagine if someone were breaking in to his house.

If that pic is supposed to play the call it's not working for me.  Was it the non-emergency line?

no, it's not supposed to play the call. It's just a screenshot of how long he was stuck on hold with 911. And it's actually 911, not the non-emergency line. So he called 911 and got 1 hour and 41 minutes worth of hold music

I've never called 911 here in nebraska, but I do know that in many jurisdictions, 911 can and will put you on hold.  2hrs is obviously excessive :)
hoppe's #9 is not the end all be all woman catching pheramone people make it out to be ... cause i smell of it 2 or 3 times a week but remain single  >:D
