They don't anymore, but the Cowboy model used to be available in 38-55.  Mine is actually a rebore job from here:

Interesting..  Do you know the process they use?  Pull barrel then button rifle followed by rechamber??

I'm not sure, but they come highly recommended by the guys at the Marlin owners forum.
