"..high-capacity assault magazines.."

"These assault magazines help put the 'mass' in 'mass shooting'..."

"These devices are used to kill as many people as possible in the shortest amount of time possible..."
(Then why do law enforcement have them?)

"The High Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device Act, as the bill is formally known, bans the sale or transfer of ammunition magazines holding more than 10 rounds."

"... analysts have cited the direct role that magazine capacity plays in ensuring the high numbers of casualties in mass shootings."
I would like to see ANY study that suggests that.

Straight from the press release on Degrette's website. So much fail.

Anywho, this bill has been introduce twice in the past year. Died both times. Get to writing to make sure this one dies as well.

Hit your Reps, and hit up Speaker Boehner too.  Make sure he knows that the Republican's current majority will disappear if he lets ANY gun control through, including mag limits.

Where is the bill number? All I could find was the press release on Congresswoman Degette's website that announced that she and Rep. Carolyn McCarthy had introduced "The High Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device Act"
