OurGroceries - sync the list with the wife's phone to avoid trips to the store
iKeePass - Password storage, use with Drop box
DropBox - Online cloud storage that allows you to sync data between different devices
RedLaser - PRICE CHECK for scanning barcodes and checking prices online
PoliceScanner - when the lights and sirens are going off, and I want to know what's happening
SlickDeals - good deals on lots of stuff
Gasbuddy - find cheap gas in town
Cmobile - search multiple locations of craigslist for something
touchmouse - control your computer's mouse/keyboard from your phone

For iOS there are at least two shot timers.  Handy if you're into that kind of thing, or if you need to count anything that makes a marginally loud 'ting' noise when it happens (can be somewhat helpful for reloaders).

For remote storage stuff, I much prefer Spider Oak to Drop Box for privacy reasons.

Depending on your phone, there are some level / tilt meter stuffs that can be handy as well.

For amusement, Hy-Vee has a fun little app to toy with.
