So I got a gift card for Natchez SS for Xmas. I decided to order, among other things, a couple of G23 mags as they were in stock.
Box showed up today via UPS from Natchez. Opened it up, had an invoice that indicated the mags had been shipped with this. They were not there.
I called NSS to report this. The guy on the line asked me 2 questions:
"What color of tape did I have to cut through to open it?"
Clear. This is when I noticed the box had clear tape on top of brown packing tape. NSS only uses brown packing tape.
"What type of packing materials where in it?"
Brown "8" shaped foam peanuts. NSS only uses brown paper and air bags.
So long story short, someone at UPS stole my magazines. I asked if this was normal, the guy on the phone said "Not until recently." NSS is reimbursing me and filing a claim with UPS. Watch your backs folks, it is getting brutal out there.
